I love working with custom clients to collaborate on new designs and am honored to be commissioned to create mementos that celebrate your life.

Pricing + Materials

All custom pieces are priced according to current metal markets, stone supplier pricing, the complexity of the project, the cost of my labor + the number of revisions needed to land on our final design.

• Sterling Silver, accepted on a limited basis— starting at $350

• 14k + 18k Gold (yellow/white/rose) — starting at $600

• Engagement Rings/Wedding Sets — starting at $1,200

I offer flexible payment plans on custom work. Client provided materials are accepted on a limited basis. Please see more information below.

Timing

Custom design work is accepted on a limited basis from January - October. The entire process typically takes 6-12 weeks from start to finish.

Initial Inquiry

• Your timing + budget

• Which materials (metals, stones, etc.) you're interested in

• Who we're designing this piece for + their style preferences

• Inspirational photos/design ideas

Here’s a rundown of what to expect:

Step One: Custom Consultation

• Budget

• Timeline

• What you'd like to include (specific stones, metals, diamonds, etc.)

• The person who will be wearing the jewelry: their style, how they plan to wear the final piece, etc.

• What inspiration/story will be behind this piece, including any visual references/quick sketches to aid discussion

• What techniques and materials may be needed to accomplish our vision

All custom consultations are conducted remotely via email or Zoom, depending on your preference.

Step Two: Custom Booking

Once we both feel aligned and excited to move forward, I'll collect a custom booking deposit of $100 via email invoice. This non-refundable deposit reserves your time on my customs books. It will be applied to the final balance of your custom piece and includes:

• Initial Sketch/Mock-Up: up to five simple line drawings/virtual mockups to help narrow down options

• Additional Revisions: up to 2 revision sketches* based on initial feedback from our first round

*Each additional mock-up is $30 and will be applied to the final balance of your piece

Step Three: Design + Estimates

The design process includes the 3-5 initial sketches + 2 revision rounds above, an estimated price range, plus any additional revisions at your request. This part takes the most time and requires a bit of back and forth via email/Zoom/phone to land on our final design. The design process can be as collaborative as you'd like it to be: we can land on the final design with a couple quick sketches in a couple of weeks, or we can explore a few possible designs over the course of several weeks to weigh our options.

For gold designs, a sterling silver sample our finalized design can be made upon request to help us better visualize the final piece. Sterling silver samples are priced according to current metal market values + design complexity.

Step Four: The Build!

Once our final design is approved, we can move forward and bring our sketches to life!

• A final price will be calculated and 50% of this final balance will billed via email invoice.

• This initial balance can be collected in installments upon request.

• I'll also request your shipping address to calculate applicable shipping costs and applicable sales taxes.

• Once all installments for 50% of the final balance have been collected materials will be ordered

• I will provide an ETA (anywhere from 2-6 weeks) for the initial build

• Photos/videos of the initial build will be sent for client approval

• Once approved, all stones will be set and final finishes will be applied.
  

Step Five: Final Payment + Delivery

• The remaining balance will be collected prior to shipment/delivery.

• Local delivery is available to Denver custom clients upon request — all other customs builds will be shipped fully insured with a signature requirement upon delivery.
