Return, Exchange & Repair Information

Returns + Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on select items.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Orders (any piece designed and made specifically for you )

  • Customized Items (any orders where you have chosen a custom gemstone with a specific size/length)

These items are are non-refundable, non-returnable, and ineligible for exchange due to the very specific and personalized nature of the custom-made piece. If you're unsure whether a piece is eligable for return, please reach out prior to purchasing.

  • All items on sale are also non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Items that have been damaged or altered or items that have been altered/repaired by an outside party

Made to Order Items

Please note that made-to-order items may have very subtle discrepancies from the original image in a listing due to the handmade nature of each piece — specific textures, patterning, markings and unique characteristics of gemstones should be considered when purchasing a made-to-order item and cannot be refunded.

Return/Exchange Process

Please email me at fancy@fancyboheme.com to get your return or exchange started. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item back to me within 14 days of receipt.

I do not accept order cancellations, but please contact me with any issues about your order. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition in their original packaging. Please mail your piece back in a padded bubble mailing envelope or sturdy cardboard box to avoid damage during transit. Items that are damaged, bent, tarnished or altered in any way will be ineligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.

All shipping charges and postage to/from shipping address are the buyer's responsibility. Payment processing fees will also be deducted from the buyer's total refund amount. If a resize/alteration is needed, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Resizing

It’s always best to read the product descriptions before purchasing as they contain information about whether or not a specific piece can be resized, and to use our sizing guide to know your exact size before purchasing. please inquire about the possibility of a resize by emailing fancy@fancyboheme.com.

All return shipping costs for resizing are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please email fancy@fancyboheme.com for a list of standard repair fees to get your repair started.

Quality of Craftsmanship Warranty

To honor the investment you've made in my small business, I offer a warranty of craftsmanship on Fancy Boheme Jewelry pieces. I offer the following complimentary services to the original purchaser within six months of purchase:

  • Necklace chain clasp repair

  • Prong tightening

Please note that return shipping costs for these services are the responsibility of the buyer. Fancy Boheme is not responsible for damages caused by accidents, misuse, exposure to chemicals, or everyday wear and tear. Fancy Boheme is not responsible for changes/repairs made to jewelry by an outside party.

For Fancy Boheme custom order clients, I offer the following services:

  • Ring or bracelet resizing on applicable custom orders (please note that not all rings or bracelets can be resized depending in the design) within 12 months of purchase. Resizing requests outside of that window may incur additional costs.

  • All repairs due to quality defects (with the exception of stone/diamond replacements) are covered for up to 12 months from the time of purchase.
